A joint venture with Reckson Strategic Venture Partners and Sun Healthcare's SunBridge — eight high-end residences, 829 units, developed and owned nationwide. The portfolio sold to EPOCH Senior Living in December 1999, a $38.5M gain to the venture.
With RSVP, Titan accelerated ACC's off-campus portfolio — five projects, 2,785 beds — expressly to take the company public. ACC's 2004 IPO made it the first publicly traded student-housing REIT in the United States.
Titan formed an office platform with Dubai Investment Group and Chicago's Hamilton Partners, acquiring five Denver buildings across three transactions and redeveloping more than 1.1 million square feet.
